Do you devise that i be truly anorexic?
I always thought that i was fat since i be in 2nd grade. I even thought that i was solid when i weighed 90 fricken pounds. This summer 2008 me and my friend were anorexicish?. If i ate more than 500 calories she would say have it in mind things to me about getting fat. I would eat probably sometimes 70calories a daytime and exercise and i would think that 20-200 calories was alot. Yeah thats nothing in a minute. But i would have probably eat sometimes to 500 calories or more. I would also make myself throw up sometimes but not tonss. I used to weigh 126-127pounds and elevation of 5'1 age 15. And that summer i went down and weighed 112-115. Now i weigh 118 and lost 2-1 pounds already in a hours of daylight. And wanting to lose more. To like 110 then 105 i hope someday.
Answers: Your weight seem fine, if a little on the low side - what concerns me is your attitude towards calorie-counting, and losing more and more weight.
1) I would go and call round your GP and talk to them about healthy drinking, and your concerns about food. They can give you advice and put you contained by touch with relevant support groups, and also monitor your weight gain/losses appropriately.
2) Almost more importantly, I would definitely stay away from your friend - she seem to have a really bad attitude towards weight, and also be really negative and unkind towards you.
Being skinny is not a competition, and no one else should force you to lose weight simply to feed (excuse the pun) their own enthusiasm about food.
PLEASE don't get into a pattern of counterweight loss as a method of controlling how others perceive you - we all know what happens. Osteoporosis, infertility, hirsuteness, heart attacks, strokes... you're perfect exactly as you are!

Please talk to parents or doctor and explain this to them.. trust me the way u hold been going about losing weight will become bleeding after a while and you will deeply regret it.

As someone who's had a ED herself, I'd say yes. You showed anorexic and bulimic tendencies. Hopefully you won't jump back into that again. It's not a nice way to spend your life.My body portly percentage is denial!!?
Hey in that! I'm the same height as you, and although 112-115 is a perfectly usual weight for our height, the way you go about losing it was definitely not on form for your body. In all honesty, when you starve your body of the calories it needs, you are actually tuition it to STORE all of your calories, which in turns makes you gain cargo! It's a vicious cycle! So in order to get down to the immensity you want and stay that way, you have to lose the weight within a healthy way :) You may want to check out www.bodybuilding.com because they have tons of great articles for women on how to lose counterweight, keep it off, good exercise plans, etc. For your rank, I would say you need at least 1,000-1,200 calories a time, and that is on the low side. At the beginning of this year I weighed 110, and presently I weigh 107.5 because I've been eating really healthy. It have taken me 6 weeks to lose those 3.5 pounds because I'm doing it the healthy way! :) It's dangerous for your body to lose too various pounds in a week. You'll know you are doing it the healthy way if it take a little more time for you to see a difference on the scale. Remember, starving yourself or drastically reducing your calories have the opposite effect of what you're trying to do! You don't want to slow down your metabolism by not eating enough, you want to speed it up so that you will burn more calories adjectives day long! You can speed it up by eating 5-6 small meals every daylight! Here's a sample of what I usually eat in a light of day, just to give you some ideas!Breakfast:
1/2 cup oatmeal cooked, next to fresh fruit either in it or on the side
Snack:
Some grapes, or an apple, or some other kind of fresh fruit. I might also hold a handful of almonds or peanuts.
Lunch:
4 oz. salmon, or some kind of lean protein. Or I might even eat a few cooked egg whites (or whole eggs). I usually two of a kind this with some kind of vegetable, maybe some brocolli or celery, doesn`t matter what you like
Snack:
I really like to dip baby carrot in hummus. If you've never had hummus, you should try it out! It's really good, and honourable for you! It's a perfect snack/small meal.
Dinner:
4 oz. chicken, with some considerate of vegetable. A lot of times I'll take fresh spinach, chop up the chicken, and make a salad with fresh cucumbers, broccolli, etc. and use Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar as my dressing. It's REALLY perfect and so good for you. Also for dinner you could eat some kind of a stir-fry near all sorts of vegetables, and you could even add chicken to it, or tofu!
Snack:
I like to hold some kind of small snack sometime before I go to bed so that I don't receive hungry during the early morning hours :) I usually have a small whey protein drink.
I also made a New Year's resolution that Monday through Friday I will only drink all-natural foods, and then on the weekends I can eat whatever I want! That opening, your body still feels the full benefits of eating healthy 80% of the time, but you don't hold to completely deprive yourself of the foods you love! I hope this has helped you out!
