How do i control my appetite?


i always eat, its just automatic..how do i stop these customs?

Well clearly water isn't going to do it if this person eats adjectives the time no matter what. I say find out why your eating adjectives the time. Are you stressed? Depressed? Happy? A lot of people eat for no reason because of those inner health. Find something to do where food is out of reach, like exercise? Go on a meander at night instead of watching tv at your home where food is easily accessible. Or find a route to have stronger willpower so that you wont give in to your temptations. If you deliberate your out of shape but a picture of you in your fridge so that whenever you go to achieve something to eat you will see that picture and think to yourself, do i really want to look like this? Dont grant up. Good luck!
Get into the habit of chewing gum! It burns calories & tricks your body into thinking you're eating. Try drinking a pint of water whenever you get the impression like eating for no reason, & after go & occupy yourself with something else. Smoking is a good bearing to suppress the appetite, but i wouldn't really recommend that.

drink allot of water and eat lots of fiber espically at dark time.
Drink water, and find something entertaining to do so you do not get tempted to put away more food, like video games, books, TV or just talking to friends. As long as it doesn't engineer you hungry, your good.
