This is my diet plan...?


35 lbs.
5 lbs. a week
7 weeks = 1 month and 3 weeks

3 basic meals a day...
breakfast - smoothie consisting of at least possible two fruits and flax seed. made with 1/4 cup soy milk original
lunch - untreated fruits and veggies
dinner - salad (vary large) / steamed veggies with steamed rice / pita salad / etc...

2 snacks - perhaps a Lara bar, fruits and veggies, 2 pieces of melva toast near organic peanut butter, etc...

Once a week, most likely Saturday (i usually stay at home that day for religious reasons) is a in haste. I only eat, say one fruit contained by the morning. A grapefruit or apple, watermelon, whatever is in the fridge.

Exercise...
1 hour brisk walk every daytime
100 crunches
and a walk home from school

What do you think. I am swing strict with myself. Also there is no eating after 7:00 pm. I might not want to lose 35 pounds, possibly less because I don't want to be that skinny. Is this realistic? How many calories and grams of portly do you think I would be eating each daylight?
Answers:
Your diet seems very healthy but you're short protein girl!
Remember, NO alcohol, NO sugar except from fruits (you need sugar!, should probably consume at least 4 fruits a day) and try whole wheat instead of white bread/pasta/rice.

Personally, I infer everything white is your ENEMY! :)
