How to return with rid of my belly podgy.?


Im a teenage girl and I look healthy and skinny, but not too skinny.
I only grain self-conscious when Im in a bikini. I love to wear them, but I have a pretty big belly and love handles.
I've tried jog 2 miles every morning, that lasted about two weeks. Im not a big jogger.

Does anyone have a to a certain extent

im abit older than you but i have the same problems. The best mode to get rid of your belly and the rest is to do regulary exercise and eat a balanced diet.
So let start with the exercise, you need to be doing something that isn't helping your legs! i suggest you do sit ups daily that help your stomach muscles but also gets rid of your belly.
Also i recommend you joining a community gym or a gym you have to pay for or even your own equiptment so an exercise bike is th best for the belly or you can simply go on daily bike rides which are not just 30 minutes craft it last at least few hours stopping for rest is fine.
The diet is another thing you hold to stick to a strickt diet so no sweetys or fatty breakfasts but dont starve yourself. So a healthy cereal in the morning will do. Always have breakfast its the prevalent meal of the day! for dinner have a salad of a sanwich next to a brown or 50/50 bread with a light cheese or salad etc for dinner just stick to meal that arent fatty and dont stuff your face thourghout the day :)
try not to eat too much. or avoid foods resembling pie, cake and other fat foods. if you like to dance. hop everyday itz good exercise also.
