This is how im gonna lose 10 pounds.....i regard ?
breakfast- hot chocolate milk (fills you up)
lunch- brown rice (1cup) veg. and lean meat or beet
dinner - hot chocolate milk.
5-6 bottles of water a day
chewing gum (stride)
snack- fruits and veg (raw)
30 minutes of jumping rope
30 minutes of jog
will i be able too??

Nope, because you will still be hungry. Your body will explain to you you are hungry because it will not be getting the proper nutrition from chocolate milk. Instead, try eating veggies and fruits, whole grains, something beside nutrition. Also try taking a multivitamin. If you are going to go on this diet, you will probably gain all the weight fund, if you are able to stick with this diet long enough to lose freight at all.
Eat more!
Have a devout breakfast like Oatmeal
Lunch is OK
Meat and veggies for dinner.
Water intake is a good thing
Chewing gum wont do anything
Good amount of exercise though.
That is unhealthy. Your fullest meal should be your breakfast, lunch snacks and dinner another full meal. Drink lots of hose down, and snack on healthy food like what you just said
well yes u will be able to but are u really going to stick to that? adjectives your going to have for dinner is hot chocolate? ya right! ur going to splurge and then be unhappy near yourself and cry. trust me i have been there
