My grandma makes wontons with the flat skins and a filling of shrimp and vegetables. She freezes them and give them to me in bags to boil when I want a nice, hot bowl of dumplings. :) I was wondering how several calories you would estimate for each small wonton. I don't fry them, so oil isn't an issue.
