What is a correct style to lose mass after own a child?


I just had my 3rd baby and I am wanting to lose the consignment from her plus what i never lost with my other two so about 30lbs

try running fifty miles every night, and drink only one small meal a day, this might work....p.s. the suppertime should consist of a few small leafs of lettuce, and a slice of lowfat bread to keep things interesting
Put bandage aroung ur waist...n drink hot tea every time u go to eat n dont junk food chomp through slowly n dont keep on eating if ur already full n dont eat after 8 pm n chomp through every 2-3 hours in small portions of food n exercise even if its just walking its ok 2 i guess
Breastfeed and go on long walks pushing that triple-stroller!
