Is this a well brought-up approach to lose mass?

Hi guys, I am a 20-year-old female trying to shift a bit of weight. I'm about 5'5/5'6 and weigh 11 stone at the moment. This is heaviest I've ever be and I'm not really fitting into my sz 12 (UK) clothes any more, so I'm getting pretty annoyed.

So what I'm doing is keeping a close eye on my calorie intake and trying to up my exercise (finding this difficult to be honest, the gym is very expensive and there's not much else available to me apart from walking etc. I haven't got much space to exercise at home). At the moment I'm trying to eat almost 1500 calories a day. My boyfriend seems to think that's far too little but I am thinking of it as a short-term restriction and I would like to gradually go up to around 2000 when I'm as expected happy with my weight.

Any thoughts or tips?

avoid sugar even the sugar in your tea or coffee and avoid fried food, can you swim because its great exercise. running and even sex is great for burning calories and its fun
as long as you're eating 1500 adjectives calories in a day, not like surrounded by drinks or something. And you can run, you can do sit ups and other muscle work outs. But don't do the muscle work outs until you've lost a bit of weight because it's harder to lose muscle mass than fat. You could walk places more normally and take the stairs. You could also dance and play tennis at a free court. Also people speak that having sex makes you burn loads of calories lol.
Increase the amount of fiber in your diet - it will maintain you fuller longer. I personally lost a lot of weight this approach.
drink 2 litres of river a day and dont eat after 6pm,that itself should make u lose consignment without exercise or changing your food intake,
I find that walk-jogging is if truth be told enjoyable,

Get up early in the morning, move about through your normal morning routine, psyching yourself up at the same time, then stretch your leg muscles, bring out the house, start walking, then look ahead and decide how far you'll jog using landmark, reach it, then slow down and walk again untill you're equipped for the next jog/run depending on how fit you are.

Set yourself a target route and amount of jog bursts then aim for it, but if you've really have enough dont worry about turning round and heading home as if you pressure yourself into going the integral way when you feel you cant you'll likely make available up doing it eventually.

Dont be too hard on yourself to push all the way, this is not the right attitude if you're unused to excercise

Its a buzz when you get into it and theres no better feeling when you've done it and you're home, and you're eating wont thing too much if you do this every day, just dont eat at a postponed hour - have a glass of milk instead - and get an precipitate night..
1500 calories is fine a women should eat around 2000 daily so if you cut back 500 a afternoon that is a safe but MAXIMUM amount you should cut down by.
1 pound of fat is = 3500 calories so after a week you would lose around 1 pound which is a right gradual rate to lose weight and safe. try jogging, walking, running, cycling, swimming dont progress to the gym it is expensive and unecessary.
Also the amount of calories you eat daily around 30% of that is adjectives through daily exercise anyway so that also helps.

Cutting back on calories is a undamaging way to lose weight as long as you dont cut back more than 500 and sort sure you do get the 1500 in the first place.

hope this helps.
It sounds that you hold given this some reasonable thought.

One tip that I can give you is to drink more water. You would be surprised how recurrently people mistake thirst for hunger. Whenever you feel hungry, take a few sips of marine and wait 15 minutes. If you are still hungry after that, eat.

Also, you should be having 5-6 smaller meal a day. You should find it a lot easier to break that down into 1500 calories average. Good luck!
1500 calories is a good amount, but do NOT go underneath that. Lean meats, fish, fresh veggies and fruits go a long way surrounded by calorie counting. Avoid all the fad juice diets. I swear family just spam those answers in here.
Do make sure you drink seriously of water. Someone said before that it'll help satiate your hunger and it help your body process food more efficiently so those 1500 calories will still meet all your nutritional requirements.

Exercise exercise exercise! As mentioned previously swimming is great, but just walking or bike riding, or anything where you keep your heart rate elevated for 20-30 minutes is crucial. (I'd recommend sex as okay, but that is only good for 3.2 minutes for me.... :-( )

And finally giggle. Laughing a lot because you are happy will have a huge impact on your nouns in weight loss. If you are down about your weightiness then it leads to desires to eat more, a horrible cycle.

Be upbeat, put away well, and exercise. Good Luck!!
