Can someone give support to me opt what compassionate of shoulder workout?
okay, i have some alright sized shoulders, and some fairly good trapezius muscles. but did you ever distinguish like on ronnie coleman, or jay cutler or any bodybuilder, how after their traps end, it goes flat later it starts their shoulders? like mine are boxy like...is it my collarbones? heres a pic so u know wat i mean

Answers: You should start with some principal work on your rotator cuffs. You may not have any problems but if you ever do, you will be laid off for a year or more which will negate earlier gain. You can find exercises for this on the web. They make a good melt up in any event.
