Can somebody give support to me lose consignment? (how masses calories do I have need of to munch through and how much excercise?)?

I'm 5'6 and 160 pounds. I'm 16 almost 17 years oold, female.
I want to lose 30 pounds.
How many calories should I eat per daylight, what should I eat, when and how much should I excercise.. and what excercises?
It's mostly love handles and thighs.

Answers:    hey. i know how you discern. sort of. i mean i'm 5'3, 17, and the most i've ever weighed is 132. i'm 106 now. i know that sounds really gross and anorexic, trust me, it isn't, i'm built markedly small so it all evens out. and i really have no eating problems, but i also don't exercise.

according to your information, you would requirement to eat 2,100 calories a day to maintain the weightiness you are at right now. to lose one pound of fat, you have to burn 3,500 more calories than you rob in. so if magically in one day you be to lose a pound, and you had eaten 2,100 calories, you would have have to burn 5,600 calories. which is pretty impossible. i hope this is making sense. basically, you should start eating less than 2,000 calories a morning. perhaps about 1,700? really, don't count obsessively, it'll become a problem. just drink smaller portions, but don't let yourself go hungry. drink a lot (i be determined a LOT) of water, it boosts your metabolism. and i know you said no tea, but if you drink 3 cups of regular, plain, simple green tea a day, it really does help your metabolism. you can even cheat and put 3 tea plenty in one water bottle and carry it next to you. you should exercise at least 3 times a week, running is always good, or hiking, which is much more pleasing. i hope this helps! good luck.

Eating Disorder?? Would it be considered one?..

Hey, I lost 40 pounds by just ingestion healthier and small portions. I am just starting to exercise. But just standard out your food, try to eat low fat food (skim milk, reduced fat peanut butter/wheat thins etc.) and you should other bring your own lunch to school/work rather than buy whats there, unless they have in good health options.

I started my diet last march (almost a year) when I be 14, 5'1 and 161 pounds. I am now 15 and weight 120. I could still lose more weight and gain more confidence but I hold to admit it does make have more drive and its even better to shop for clothes (which I used to hate.) I wish you the best of luck, and if you exercise (walking/jogging on tredmill- walking is just as important as jogging, no matter what the people on here say) and drink right while treating yourself every so often then you can lose the weight. It is possible!

How much vitamin c should i consume?

I have the same problem. Fat around the waist area. Excercise and low cal diets did not work. If I burned it off I put it wager on on in a month or two.

I changed my eating habits. Eliminated adjectives soda, and started whole body cleansing (not colon cleanse). I lost 17 lbs in 9 days, then nearly 21 for the whole month.

With eating right, exercising and occasional cleansing I have kept the substance off for over 2 years and I feel great!

I put together pumpkin seed, fennel kernel extract, lemons and aloe vera leaf gel (inner heart of leaf). This was in the Magazine Woman's Day (Yes I am a man that read my wife's magazines) I am looking for it so you can get the correct issue and look it up on line or at the library.
