Can somebody please make clear to me how much this is really big?!?

Hi, I am a 14 year old boy and i am roughly 5'4", 157 lbs. If i eat only apples and river for a month how much wait will i lose? I will also be working out t my highschool for 2 hours a day 4 days a week, along with doing jump jacks, sit ups, and stretches? thanks so much for your help!

Answers:    Well that entirly depends on how many apples you guzzle. One things for sure, when you get off that 'diet' you'll gain it all vertebrae in a snap. Plus during that time, you'll have insane dierreah.

I really don't recommend doing that. But you'll probably lose around 10-20 pounds if you keep it up.

I Keep Feeling guilty Like i'm not..

Eating apples and wet for a month is terribly unhealthy.
If you eat healthily (proper amounts adjectives the food groups) as well as working out you will lose weight.
As long as you work out (use more calories than you eat) then you don't obligation to worry about overeating.
You won't be able to return with a lot out of your workout if you don't have the energy to do it or drink proteins to help muscles grow, etc.

How can I get hold of motivated..

Dude you will probably get really sick if you just munch through apples for a month. Your body needs a varied diet. Besides, apples are full of sugars and not a great food when trying to lose weight. If you want to lose weightiness, work out and walk(running and walking burn the same amount of calories). Stay away from fatty foods and high GI foods. (Look up GI foods). All I can say is examine what you eat and make sure you get profusely of exercise.
