umm...a bit for ure height..to lose some counterweight, just exercise more..work out more, munch through smaller portions, eat smaller amount unhealthy snakcs...no soda..smaller quantity fast food..angelic luck! Yeah you're about 40 lbs over. And loosing mass is not going to make you taller.
hi, everyones different, I dont believe theres a correct weight for a singular height or age. Measure your stomach, around the smallest division, If its more than 80cms your overweight, or could be lighter. Ive read this in a few places. hope this help. You are either heavily built boned, or need to lose some grease.
