umm...no. none of the facts on this site are medically sound. while jog can strain the joints if done contained by EXCESS, exercises won't kill you. if you follow the diet outlined on this site though, it may.

not true Jogging can be illustrious impact on the feet and joint. Walking is better overall. Low to moderate activity promotes oil loss and high level of exercise including jogging can produce muscle loss because jogging requires more oxygen and muscles hold more oxygen than grease.
