Jumping jacks work terribly well for me. 100 to 200 a daylight. Try lunges, and google it, or ask .com it will give you a bunch of things to do. I deduce alot of men would find that attractive, I know my husband would, and jlo's
running up hills is of use. Also, squats and lunges are good.
