Probably asthma. Go see a doctor. it could be athsma, or you just over worked your self and your bodys not use too it. hold a break, you dont have to stop doing these activitys, in recent times dont do them for so long.
You may have bronchitis, or are getting sick. I would run to your doctor and make sure you aren't have any serious issues. Lay off the exercise and see how you have a feeling. its either asthma or you own weak muslces around your chest.
any way look out and tell a doc.
Nothing close to that happens because of a workout. Sounds close to you have a cold or an allergy. Take a trip to the doctor and see what they influence. maybe a strained muscle or possibly mild athsma? Im only guessing from my own experiances, but best to gain it checked by a doctor. Also, if you only in recent times began working out for the first time yesterday, it may be that you tried too much within one go! Ease into it thoughtfully and you should be fine

I've heard that when you first start working out (ever or after a long pause), the acute solid use of muscles and blood circulation causes toxins that built up to be released. It happen to me and I felt sick. Lots of wet, rest and an easier 2nd workout helped. Try ramping up to a full workout subsequent time. You are already sexy as you are.
If you keep exercising, it should run away. It could be a chest cold or shortness of breath, I sometimes get them. Get some rest though.
You may want to agenda a physical as it sounds like you are making a lifestyle move. Before beginning a workout program it is recommended to receive a checkup. When was the ending time you had a full body checkup? As this issue you are have could be a number of things including heart issues. I don`t know your just unacquainted to it-i just started track and the 1st hours of daylight we had to run 40 lap around the b ball court-maybe slo down and newly alittle everyday- you know build to that much
my first question would be do you smoke..but for it could be that you just started working out and your lung aren't use to adjectives that at one time.try working out on the elyptical for 15min and see if that helps..devout luck. Sounds like you hold exercise induced asthma. You can get a simple inhaler, and it really help. Don't give up the working out... freshly take it comfortable till you build up.
I'm guessing it can be exercise-induces asthma.
That is something that can come on at anytime during your life.
Definately travel see your doctor and take it glib on the working out until you see the doc.
