Not fat, for a time on the bigger side for your height you can check by doing a hunt on BMI and enter your weight and largeness. You could also be muscular which is good. 140 for that point is good especially if youre a swimmer because im sure you bigger and stronger leg muscles.

Im a Certified NCSF Personal Trainer. It is impossible to inform you if you are overweight without knowing your body portly %. But from my experience, you are not to bad sour in solidity. Your ideal consignment should be around 130lbs., But then again if you own a big bone structure, you might be very tough right were you are at? I enjoy seen and trained a great deal of women, that are really low in counterbalance, but have horrible body heavy %. If you are staying active and not intake bad food, I devise you are very nutritious! Your body fat % should be between 25%-38%. you want to stay in the neighbourhood the lower end though ok. this is the average well BF% ..Your goal is to be beneath this though. you Can go as low as 12%. If your a swimmer than you should be surrounded by the 12%-20% range! hope this help ya.
