Putting On Weight By Not Eating Enough?


Well, I've been told that i should devour about 1400 calories. So far today (it's 4:30) I've single eat 670. I've put on profusely of weight only just (20 lbs. Yikes!) I've been wondering if possibly I've put on weight because I usually finish the time under 1000 calories? What do I do to fix this minus stuffing myself?
