Answers: If you have access to the gym and know how to lift up with proper form (VERY IMPORTANT), consequently follow this 2-day simple routine
Day A- Chest and Back
Bench Press
Bent over Rows
Incline Press
Seated Rows
Chest Dips
Reverse Flyes
**Power Cleans
Day B- Shoulders and Legs
Shoulder Flyes
Romanian (straight leg) deadlifts
Shoulder Y's
Walking Lunges
Millitary Press
Bicep Curls
**Power Cleans
*Do exercises listed together contained by supersets. For example, do one set of bench presses, don't rest, just run on to doing a set of bent over rows, don't rest, and do another set of bench presses... so on. 3 sets of 8 for each exercise, so you should do 6 sets in the past rest.
**Power Cleans are great exercises, but they're optional. Don't do them unless you're positively sure you know how to or u've been coached in the past.
You're not weak, hang on to working!
Oh, rest between lifting days. Never lift two days within a row.
work out three times a week and jog and saunter and eat full-bodied at your age you need to build foundations and remember not to strain your joint get lots of rest or you will be counter productive rest is as critical as working out and just building a virtuous strong body will help you through vivacity be will my young friend do the compounds bench , leg squats orverhead hoist, master these then try and mix them up be creative do what feel good to you and some yoga is really good swiming ect
