Wedding 3 months from now/DIET?


okay, my body right now isn't surrounded by a good shape to look worthy in a bridesmaid dress. im not really plump, but im normally fit looking and skinny (although i don't usually exercise) and over the winter i gain some weight. heres the item, i want to lose about 15 20 lbs. to look accurate in my dress. what can i do?


Answers:    cut your calories and exercise ,exercise and exercise .
diet and excercise, try ingestion healtier options to what you munch through now, perchance go swimming a few times per week immensity watchers cabbage soup
cook down a couple beef shanks until tender
add one chopped onion, and one surrounding substance cabbage, chopped
then include any of the following vegetables :
carrrots, turnips, peas, tomatoes, greenn beans, corn, etc...
add surrounded by a package of dry onion soup mix & dampen
you can eat as much of this & it make enoug for 2-3 days, eat of late this & it also cleanses out your system
i eat crackers or cornbread near it sometime, that will make you quality full and you wil get adjectives your nutrients

and eat or drink lots of grapefruit liquid, bananas, grapes
So many family use all of these complicated measures...

3 months rotten is pretty soon.

Here's a tried and true method; eat subsequent to nothing, don't starve yourself but devour only adequate to keep going through the time, and certainly plenty not to die. Drink coffee instead of water to both suppress your appetite, as powerfully as keep your force up.

Other ways take too long... and consequently sometimes it doesn't always work. You can wind up up really fit, but still not be the shape you want.

Basically, don't eat much for a short time while.
