I want to loose solidity but still be natural! Tips?

By eating the proper portions from the different food groups, and through exercise, you'll get your goal slowly but surely!
Weight Watchers is awesome and you can look over the program for free at weightwatchers.com Drink nil but water, and drink plenty of fruit! That's a start.
I'd eat well again, give up sodas (even your teeth will thank you)
and drink more milk and hose down.
Choose the stairs more often and step around more.
Do sit-ups before bed can aid.
Cut down on junk food. It will really oblige.
This is what I did and lost 12 pounds in a week!
In the morning hold one boiled, cooked egg. No salt.
Drink 1 liter of dampen (important)
have a slim nippy bar or nutribar 2 hours next.
Drink 1/2 liter of water (important)
Have a garden salad, next to balsamic vinegar.
Drink 1/2 liter of water (important)
2 hours then Have another snack, nutribar or a bar of your choice.
Drink 1/2 liter of marine (important)
and for dinner have a small portion of meat, rice or what not, and yes, another partly liter of water. You will shed the counterweight as the more water you drink the more your body will find out that you do not requirement to store it and start getting rid of the fat.

Awareness of what you devour by keeping a diet journal to see where on earth ure going wrong plus writing down very specific goal w/a time frame on them (be realistic however firm) and view them on a regular idea. Also- tell someone something like your progress toward your goals on a regular basis- this will hang on to you accountable. I own an excel spreadsheet that lists adjectives my goals and my weekly progress toward them and I share them near my boyfriend each week so we can discuss it. Choose someone encouraging and motivating that requests to see you succeed. Family and best friends are great choices.
2. Best cardio is running in vocabulary of weight loss. It is however, terribly high-impact and can lead to injuries. If you bring back injured- 2nd best is rowing, 3rd is cycling (both of which are less impact). You should be doing cardio minimum 4 times a week 30min.-1 hr. Weight loss heart rate breadth is one where you can get on a conversation w/o a big struggle. Mix it up to keep from losing willpower or getting bored. Anna Kournikova eat a fruit and has a cup of water 30 min in the past her meals to be fuller and munch through less (you should other do this, esp b4 going out to eat where on earth temptations are large). When you eat great, nutrient-packed foods, you dont obligation to obsess over counting calories- so plentiful better things to occupy your time with, approaching reading! A clever mind will take you farther surrounded by life than a wonderful body :) Bottom line- keep perspective and don't agree to this consume you to the point of being OCD. Stick to tea (coffee makes your body crash and can increase appetite) and wet and never bring bad foods into your house. A woman should never budge under 1200 cals a year by the way, slightly more for a man...fundamentally unhealthy. Breakfast= munch through like a king, Lunch= munch through like a prince, and Dinner= put away like a pauper. Lastly, appropriate a multivitamin each light of day...go to Whole Foods and ask them which is a really first-class one, b/c it's not just taking a MV but the better ones dont cheat you on the grams and your body absorb the vitamins/minerals best. Ask what is a good day by day regimen for your gender, but don't tolerate them oversell you. The most you should need is a multi and possibly fish oils.
5. Americans surrounded by general want things QUICK and assured, we are impatient- you must be patient within terms of your results and never tender up. Additionally, this is a LIFESTYLE change for LIFE: There are NOOO get-thin speedy schemes, PERIOD. If u assault your body u will ruin your metabolism and in the adjectives u will gain weight MUCH easier than today. Diet pills will snuff out you as quickly as they help kill Anna Nicole Smith. They are no better than drugs so don't bear the cheap lazy road out.
6. Weigh yourself once a week, never more often than that but draw from all measurements- waist circumference, body cooking oil %, muscle %, water % (there are polite digital scales that do this) b/c u could be gaining muscle which weigh more than fat or be full of marine and be like- why the heck wont i lose weight! and after binge on donuts :) no no no! and reward yourself when you make progress! brand it fun or else you'll quit sooner than next.
7. Drink min. 2 liters of water per daytime (more for men) and whenever you're stressed- take DEEP BREATHS fairly than reaching for food. Breathe in this ratio: Inhale for 5 counts, hold for 20 counts, exhale for 10 counts. If you do 10 of these 3x/day you'll be releasing toxins, decreasing appetite, & your punch and vitality will boom. This is why society lose weight doing yoga which on its own doesnt lose tons calories. Oxygen is so so important.
