I pulled my vertebrae out and bruised my tailbone- how can i still work out so i dont gain mass?


I am in a ton of niggle. and i cant seem to acquire comfortable... whether i am laying down, standing, or sitting.

I hurt it a few weeks ago and I am still surrounded by as much pain as I be in the inauguration. How can I work out, and not gain weight? I am aggression a small history of throwing up(already seeing a Dr.) and I do not want to get anxiety and be tempt to throw up my meals.

any accepted wisdom?


Answers:    try to just do some stretchs and remarkably light weights you know and a moment ago try eating as glowing as possible.
My 44 year old mother broke her tail bone and be still walking around and working out within a week be in motion on a 2000 calorie diet, i guess you can just put your foot. or try running (a light jog)

just try taking walk don't force anything then try the bike use terribly light restance band just to hold blood flowing
