Answers: Weight loss takes time, especially after childbirth. Whatever you do, progress slow. Enjoy time with your newborn. Go for walk with the kid in the stroller or contained by a carrier. Do some workout video at home while the baby is asleep or contained by the crib or bassinet nearby. I would voice walking or jogging is your best bet. Get outdoors when you can. I'm not sure if you own a treadmill or not. Make sure you incorporate some strength training because the more muscle you have, the more corpulent you burn during your cardio workouts! You can do some exercises for your thighs, lunges and squats. They are incredibly effective. You can find out how to at google. There are different kind, but they really work out your thighs - and butt.
