Diet help out?


I am starting a diet tommorrow and it is this:

Breakfast: Nature Valley Granola Bars (2): 180 Calories
Lunch: Water.
Dinner:Mrs. Dash Flavored Boneless Chicken Breast salad with WishBone Dressing: 300 Calories
Snack: Kiwi 46 Calories&Gatorade:130 Calories
Total: 636
I know it is not on form but I need to loose consignment fast but how much would i loose if i stuck to that diet.
