Anyone here try that Alli diet?
Thanks! =)
Answers: I've never taken it, but after looking at the reviews from customers I've concluded:
1)it help increase the amount of weight loss but you also hold to watch what you drink and exercise
2)about 70% of people be satisfied and 30% of general public were not
3)typical weightiness loss(if any)seems to be 1-2.5lbs per week.
4)most people who weren't unworried was because of the side effects associated
-alli blocks the digestion of about 25% of heavy, so when you
eat it.its gotta travel somewhere. you'll notice an fatty substance(fat) in your stool
-also gas seem to be a problem too
-just because it blocks some of the fat you munch through doesn't mean you can dance crazy eating fatty foods. it appears individuals who pig out on fatty foods while taking it gets diarrhea

At my organization we were have a laugh riot because one of the side effects be something like uncontrolled greasy diarrhea! What a turn on.
Count calories, hit the gym. Learn what foods are fine. It works and you feel AWESOME! Oh, and look awesome too - and, you pause up healthy!
ive hear its not very reliable, and same beside other diet pills. but i was thinking the other daytime and if diet pills worked every time, wouldnt there be just one of them out?
anyway, eat strong and exercise 3-4 times a week, cardio and weight training. also for a snack food try sugarfree jello, fruit smoothies, nuts, apples contained by peanut butter, and celery and cottage cheese (thought it was gross, but hear otherwise).
According to the commercial it's not something you try, it's long-term. When I read the side effects I said no way. Nasty, horrid side effects! Ive taken it and have not have any bad experiences or side effects. In certainty I feel that it works great.
As long as you follow a low cooking oil low calorie diet you wont have problems.
Just read the book "French women don't capture fat" ..it's pretty interesting.that'll help you out .
