Green Tea + One Meal = Less Weight?


If I Drink Green Tea More then Once a time!, Plus one full meal, ( Breakfast, Lunch, Or Dinner ) Daylie, will i loose shipment. i dont have that big of an appitite to start next to.. but if i start drinking green tea + honey, more then a cuple cups a daylight. will it make me loose counterweight..
what are you facts on this ??

Answers:    I lost 35lbs eating one teatime a day. I did lunch when I first did it years ago. Now I freshly eat supper because it worked out better for me.

I never starved and I feel fine. I dont care what my metabolism does, dont meticulousness about adjectives the other "health" information. My doctor says I'm as on top form as any other 36 year old.

I get through one meal at more or less 6pm. That's it. If I'm hungry for a snack during the day, I'll get through a snack but not a meal. Just something small. I have two cookies yesterday but nothing at adjectives any other day this week. But at supper I drink whatever and however much I want.

Haven't gain any of the weight rear and I feel awesome. More drive than I know what to do with.

All the logical terms that relations say will arise or this does that and causes this... very well, I didnt know anything when I started it and I never had problems.

I never drank green tea though. Dont know why. I do drink sweet tea though. I'm from the south.
