Answers:    If he's refering to "juice" as within "steroids" - DON'T MESS WITH IT. It's not worth your health, getting contained by trouble, or maybe even your time.

- what you do as far as working out and dieting really depends on a lot of factor (whether you are male/female, your age, weight, loftiness, body mass, body fat percentage, METABOLISM, and overall physical fitness) ... SO ... It's rugged for me to say what you should or shouldn't do.

However, I do know your "goal" surrounded by which is to get "ripped". That's say a lot. For one, you are most probable male, and two, let me on a few pointers that I can give you.

A few pointers that I give attention to overall guidlines to dieting and exercising (and getting ripped) are ...

include healthy foods (do some googling on this; some thinking are get fruits and veggies, bring back your protein, calcium, and vitamins - basically adjectives of your nutrients - you might want to consider keeping a chart of your daily intake of foods and the calories and trans podginess, carbs, and protein associated with respectively one.) NEXT WEEK, step to 60-70% at 3 sets of 8-10 reps, and SO ON! (always make sure you do a warm-up set of 10 reps of roughly speaking 40% of your max before lifting anything heavy)

Any ways, dont diet specifically the worst for a teen... it prevents you from NATURALLY getting your source of vitamins and minerals. Instead, eat closely of protein (try the protein drinks with the most minuscule amount of cholesterol) Basically, the book is perfect for its price (about $8) it tell you all that you are asking... as okay keep to it... getting ripped is not a overnight article it takes months... gain a ipod and fill it near energetic songs
