What are some right home workouts that would give a hand me loose weihght?
i cant leave the house end in i cant drive and my dad's really busy i dont have anyone to drop me to the gym.
ive cut bad eating so much sweets and drinking so much soda.
ive also tried not to chomp through meat every day.

Well, to loose cargo, you need to do cardio. Stay away from sweets and soda altogether. Soda turns to portly, and also causes acne.I would recommend in recent times drinking 8-10 glass of sea per day. Eat 5-6 bedside light meals a hours of daylight only consisting of giant protein-health things. Do cardio every 3 days, and ocne you get used to it, every 3 days, after 2, then 3... etc. May seem to be liek a lot at first, but you acquire used to it. Pick up a habit of running a few times a week. It doesn't cost a piece to run a few laps around your block! Also, not drinking so much meat will definitely aid. Try and eat as lots raw foods as you can, such as fruits, veggies, etc.
