A examine around buff individuals!?
(Bassically, if a individual becomes buff, are they making a commintment for life span?)
Answers: There are ways to tone back down again and fall the muscle mass...but doing that is a big commitment within itself and involved very strict diet and cardio excercise...which is why most relations who have be REALLY buff, usually end up getting pretty margarine.
if they want to get THAT buff, its a commitment for vivacity. :) I know if you loose a bunch of weight later you get flabby skin but I'm not sure roughly muscle. I'd assume it'd turn into fat.
powerfully...they would lose tone but its not like they would achieve completely flabby. It does usually go flabby if you completely stop working out.
They wouldnt necessarily find loose skin, but possibly fat. A lot of that muscle will turn into solid. you get flabby as you capture older. i would not recommend "bulking up" b/c you will hold that extra weight to fetch. I would go for a leaner powerfully defined build, more like Chuck Norris than Stallone
No it's approaching muscle gaining, except it slowly reverts towards the back. No, normally if a personage works out and becomes (in your case) ''buff'', their tone will second for just over a month, or two if it's that right. But they'll need to keep hold of going at it if they want to maintain their look.
if they are elder then they would because the skin is stretched out, whether by hefty or muscle. skin loses elasticity as you age. Excellent question. One I want to hear too. I can enlighten you this though: As you now Arnold Schwarzenegger is California's president and be one of those buff guys. Just within times past few months I saw a picture of him top naked and very well, while not ugly it's not similar to before. The guy is elder and probably works out less. His pecs own turned more towards ** and do sag a bit. If you retract, he used to have these really nice muscular firm pecs. His upper arm is a short time flabby too. This is all to be expected if you arrive at middle-age. It's part of the aging process. Even buff guys can't escape that!
Maybe you can do an internet portrait search for Arnold? The picture I saw be in a magazine and I ruminate it was a mysterious shot of him in his swimming suit.
