Focus on your ingestion habbits, when you eat and why. I get through when I'm nervous, so I tend to get a 1.5 ltr of water and some glowing snack foods like d'lite yoghurt, dry fruit and mixed nuts.

I'll even get a bar of shadows chocolate. I have a set amount and when its gone, that's it. The opinion here is to drink more of the water so the rest of the food last longer. This is my technique for my habbit.

Read up on foods understand what effect they own on your body. Exercise alone isn't enough.
