Diet pop (soda) slowing metabolism?
Answers: yes, I've read similar reports from various sources, adjectives of them credible and whose veracity is certain. The primary component or culprit is the sweetener used. Most diet sodas, except sweetened with sucralose (the generic signature for Splenda(R)), are sweetened with aspartame (the generic first name for Nutrisweet(R)). These inhibit metabolism but, oppositely so, will increase cravings for sweets.
I haven't read it but I do believe it can. i havent read about it but i do believe it is enormously possible. and also diet sodas can cause you to gain weightiness. the best thing to do is purely get away from pop adjectives together. drink tea and i mean the stuff you craft at home cause the stuff you buy i.e. flavored in the store still have all that sodium and glorious fructose corn syrup in it.
I don't muse you should be drinking any kind of soda spell. I believe that it's not as good for a dieter as you contemplate it would be. Mentally it can make you guzzle more because you feel approaching you've had smaller number calories than you think and give you a false sense of fullness. There is so much crap in soda I would basically stay away from it all together but if you have need of that fizz buy sparkling soda and mix it with a fruit liquid.
btw. Reg. soda is horrible for you...the phosphoric acid strips the bin liner of your stomach making your stomach freak out and it needs to replace what's be stolen and so it takes calcium from your bones.
I know that it make you crave more sugar. Yes, I read that studies show that drinking diet soda sends a message to the stomach that sugar is on it's way, but no sugar comes down, so this confuses the stomach. If you drink ample diet soda everyday, your stomach won't react properly to conventional sugar and so you will not process it correctly and it may cause solidity gain.
Do I believe this... I don't know... Coke Zero is delicious.
