What excerices would you do if you needed to tone your upper legs (theighs).?


I'm pretty skinny but my theighs/butt area isn't as toned as I want it to be. What exercises should I do?


Answers:    Lunges, squats, running, walking, run up some stairs, tae bo have a lot of kicking, or you could try pilates - buy a workout dvd
