the best entity you can do is run or jog...since your event is contained by a week you probably wanna get started as soon as possible...=) You are somewhat late surrounded by trying to lose weight within a week. Dont' starve yourself. That is NOT GOOD. You could try the Hollywood diet for 4 days. It is suppose to make you lose 10 lbs, but it will mostly be sea weight. Just dance as you are and make a promise to yourself that you will diet and lose the weightiness after over the next 6 months ~ that bearing you will be looking GREAT for the next EVENT !
In a week? Yikes. It's in shape to lose 1-2 pounds per week, but not more than that. I suggest mixing cardio and weight training. Muscle burns more calories. Increase your dampen, fruit, veggie, nut, fiber, and lean meat intake. If you're not happy near your weight by the time of the event, wear something that flatters your digit and smile. Keep your mind off your numeral and have a great time. That's what counts. capably if it is in a week i recommend cardio and if you own big thighs and you are wearing long pants to the event try wearing spanx to tighten butt and thighs
