What are some things I can do to achieve exercise when I'm stuck at home?
Answers: You can do stomach crunches without evenlaying down. Try exhaling and push adjectives your breath out right now...feelyour stomach. this is a great little trick that can be done standing .. stitting..lying on your wager on .. it's a really good toner.
In your kitchen try lifting your leg straight out to the side..foot flexed. Hold onto a stool or the counter to do this. do 10 and rest do 2 more sets of 10 and then turn and redeploy legs. Dothe other side. Next put bothhands on the counter andwalk you feet outuntil your legs are on anangle near your heals on the floor.Put your arms out shoulder size and bring your chest intothe counter..when it is there exhals and push out nouns in puffs...purloin a breath and repeat.. do this 10 times. Then f sit on a chair.. legs flat on the floor, fund straight, hands on your knees. Stand up..verbs in your stomach and hold. Now tuck your bottom contained by and go down as low as you can ..it won't be far..that's o.k. verbs your bottom tight hold this position. ..breath out, contract. come up. Now go down approaching you were going to sit..as far as you can budge..hold it .. breath out contract come up. Repeat these two squat positions 10 times. Now lay on the floor and die. :)
this is a good dawn work out for one day...

I use a two of a kind of light barbells of three and partly kilograms each. They are devout for arms, chest and the upper torso and will not give you big muscles if you are a girl, or you can use two kilograms ones.
Apart from that for the rest of the body at home is better to do yoga postures as they don't involve any equipment. Barebells + yoga and you' be in devout shape.
Alternatively you can use a skipping rope for skipping as an aerobic exercise and that shouln't make not fashion much noise if you hand down on the ground floor with nobody beneath you.
