Whats the best track to do 3 sets of something when working out?

Should I do it like this...

Lunges, Curls, Crunches, Pushups and afterwards in duplicate pattern two more times...

OR

should i do 3 sets of pushups after 3 sets of crunches then 3 sets of curls after 3 sets of lunges in a row?

or does it not business?

Answer:    I personally do three straight sets of like peas in a pod exercise. This helps build serenity and increases stamina. If you go from one entity to the next your giving your muscles a unpredictability to rest and therefore losing strength and power.
I close to the pyramid approach. For example, when I do curls, I start with 5 curls of moderate immensity, 3 curls of heavy bulk, and 1 curl of my "max" weight, and afterwards I go pay for down the pyramid. I do that for a lot of excercises. Start near something moderate, go up to your max, and after back down again. I believe that conventional tradition is to use more rest when working for strength and size increase.

Use less rest when working for staying power. Like for your sport, say.

In actual practice deeply depends on where you erect, where I walk we frown on people sitting on the equipment resting between sets because in attendance is only one of most of the equipment. So society want to work in, so you gain up and come back to it.
