Why do my triceps hurt after weights but never my biceps? I work them both equally concrete?

Answers:    Rich,

Soreness is not always an indicator of how tricky you worked the muscle. Whenever I take a break from lifting weights and consequently go backbone to it, I am sore the first week. After that first week, I dont get soreness from ANY of my workouts!

If you give attention to, however, that you aren't working them as well as your biceps, be sure you are isolating them beside your exercises and not using other muscles to get the mass up.

All the best.
I don't know, I have one and the same thing.
The individual thing I can ruminate of, is that the biceps are biologically built for more activity, so maybe that muscle tissue regenerates better.
It's simply a guess, but think roughly speaking it; you lift stuff FAR more than you push stuff.
And I enjoy to just slaughter my biceps formerly they will be sore.
Mine are a bit sore today though, because I upped my reps. I was doing 8-12, but very soon I do 20 reps, and I can feel it more, so I'm going to stick beside that and see what happens.
It might be that you are using your fund to help you beside your bicept curls. It also might be that you do a lot more chest and shoulder excercises that use your tricepts. There are a ton of factor that affect you muscles.
