P90X and Weight Loss?


I'm a 27 year old manly who is 5ft 11in and weigh 190lbs, I've been on the P90X program for two weeks in a minute following the fat ripper diet and classic P90X excersize program. The problem is that I own not lost 1 pound yet, I'm sure some of to be precise because I've gained muscle but shouldn't I hold lost a few pounds by now? I've be eating around 2500 calories and drinking as few carbs as possible avoiding all fruitless carbs. Any info on how to turbo charge my weight loss would be great!


Answers:    Hey Bro...don't verbs about the size...how are those pants fitting in our time? This program is not designed to make you lose closely of weight really hasty in the foundation...if you wanted that you would hold chosen the Atkins diet or The South Beach Diet. While those diets have a purpose...P90X is designed to break you down and build you stern up again.
When you start to lift weights close to you said you will gain muscle...muscle will outweigh the fat and it is a counterbalance at first. I know it is frustrating, but verbs down deep into your motivation level and know that you are giving it everything that you have. My second phase it where on earth I saw the most weight loss, b/c the podgy started to come off contained by sheets! I am serious...veins I have never seen in the past and muscle definition that I did not know existed came out. I also did my own variation of doubles called HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) that totally accelerate my results and I went from 16% to 8% BF surrounded by that next two months.
