Snack (3-4 hours later) - fruit, nuts, yogurt; cottage cheese next to crushed pineapple; granola bar; Fiber One lump; banana with peanut butter
Lunch - subway fit feast with fruit (healthy sandwich near lean meats and veggies, night light condiments); or lean cuisines or south beach meal with a side salad and oil lamp dressing; salad with 3-4 oz of chicken and fluffy dressing
Snack (3-4 hours later) - fresh veggies - carrots, red, sickly, orange pepper, celery, broccoli, caulifower, light pudding, nuts, fruit, jello
Dinner - 4-6 oz lean suggest, fresh veggies, wild rice OR sweet potatoes
Snack - protein drinks, popcorn, cheese and wheat crackers
No smaller quantity than 8 glasses of hose, green tea
Make sure your breads have elevated fiber - you can find whole wheat next to 5+ fibers, eat total grain pastas and rice, put away sweet potatos instead of regular, bagels are good
