How much should I weigh?


I am 5'3"..how much should I weigh to be healthy but still skinny? thank you!

I think most population say around 115 or even complex, but that's too fat. You should weigh around 105 imo. For example, Kelly Monaco is around 5'3" and weigh like 102.
115 to 125. depending on your bone structure and if you are manly or female and age. the relationship is a calculator which lets you personalize it plentifully better. It depends a lot on your frame, age, femininity... ect.
Hope that gives you a better conception. But, you should still see your doctor if you are concerned.
I've heard that at 5 foot, a girl should weigh about 100 lbs. For respectively addition one inch over 5 foot is an additional 5 lbs. So at 5'3", you should be around 115 lbs.

But really, it's where you touch your healthiest and depends on other factors similar to age and frame. It's a guideline but not necessarily a must for all. Go call on your doctor to find out a good nouns for you to shoot for.
110-130* I don't go by charts I dance by how I feel. I reason you might feel different at different ages. I used to stay genuine skinny or atleast try to & I found I would get tangible angry & when I ate I was fine & it done up I was have low blood sugar then I started ingestion anything I wanted & finish off up becoming diabetic. So I think if you don't starve yourself & excercise you will atomatically dance to the weight you are suppossed to be at. No one asked how soaring they should be they just are what is right for themselves.
According to my online calorie counter to be in good health at your height you shouldn't route less than 102. I would speak about 110 would be in good health but still very meagre for that height. 113-141 lbs is the wonderful range base on your BMI. Anything below that is considered to be underweight. Anything above is overweight. So you probably want to be around 115-120 to still look skinny.
105 to 120 pounds umm.. though query i think u should weigh in the order of 90 pounds!
