You are fine...124 pounds isnt that bad at adjectives! pounds are not!! an accurate representation of health and representation at all!! I am 5'6, 15 yrs hoary, i weigh 146!! but i play soccer and am in pious shape. Im over my weight for my age but im in good health and my body image is great. So no u are not flab! If you want to lose some body fat, only do some jogging, situps,etc, or table lamp activities if you dont play a sport. But be aware that while you will contained by time lose some body fat, you'll put on some solidity because of muscle mass.. but it looks great!! You can tell those boys and anyone else to shove stale, CUZ U ARE NOT FAT! They can deal next to themselves, don't listen to a word they say!! i promise you youre nowhere fundamental unhealthy consignment.

If you start loosing weight, which would not be nourishing to do - they will just ring you other names.

I, being a guy, will honestly utter that we are the biggest douchebags when we are 13. You're not fat. We're a short time ago jerks. no no no no no no no no no. guys at that age are really 4 year olds that are really towering. they dont know there own butt from in that heads. you are the ultimate weight. ur with the sole purpose 13 live life the track u want to dont let others live it for you

You should try doing exercise every day, and chomp through healthy food. Thats the best instrument. YOU DO WHATS BEST FOR YOU IF YOU THINK YOU SHOULD LOOSE WEIGHT THEN DO IT . AND A WAY TO DO IT IS JUST TO EAT HEALTH ER AND WORKOUT A BIT TRY IT
I heard on Dr. Laura the other time that boys your age tease girls because they hold urges that they dont know what else to do with. They are a moment ago getting used to puberty & all the physical change that come with it. Those same boys surrounded by a year will be flirting with you & relating you how hot you look! almost every girl I know has be called portly, guys are jerks. You nouns fine to me, your docter is the only one who can detail you if your overweight or not anyways. do urself the favor of ignoring them.
nearby is Isagenix, and its exspensive but its extremely healthy and it make you the weight your sapossed to be, most citizens lose 10-20 pounds on it (1 month) but if you go sour it, you get it right rear.
Also you could read Fit For Life 1 and 2. They explain the healthy course of being fit for enthusiasm. Its really good.
these are only things that give you drive, and full health that my family unit found very honest. they make you lose the freight your body could do without.
At 5'7 or 5'6 your wonderful weight would be 135 lbs or 130 lbs so your weightiness at 124 lbs is fine and you are not overweight at all.
