Lower body butter from 12% to 9% - illustrious horizontal rower?


Rower. 5 feet, 11 inches, 163 pounds. I want to simply stay the same cargo while cutting down body fleshy to 9%. I burn about 1,300 calories per workout, not counting muscle reclamation.

My problem is that I find i feel and accomplish better when my body is flooded with calories. I have need of a way of dieting sour extra fat while still getting the strong plinth of calories I need to sustain and verbs to build lean muscle mass.

After workouts Im drinking Muscle Milk (300 calories or so) and Ive gained just about six pounds over the last 12 weeks as a result of drinking everything in verbs. Thanks hope I can find some help
