Ways to lose weightiness?


What are some good ways for a 14 year ripened to lose weight? I wanna lose freight mostly in my stomach...in actual fact, everywhere... What are some good exercises to do, snacks and food to drink?


Answers:    dieting and run.
Look! Exercise daily at least possible 30 min a day and do 50 sit ups on a daily basis. I recommend drinking very cold wet with rime. Well this is what i do, which seems to work fine for me:
I purchase children plates to control the portions i devour and i only get through three times a day near alot of water between the meal!
