Answers: resourcefully realistically, most women do starve themselves to a certain extent to try and lose counterweight, after nothing else seem to work. hey its a sure thing! i'd muse the mistake most women make is skipping breakfast and lunch and afterwards try to have a oil lamp dinner and end up pigging out.
i would vote have a wispy breakfast like cereal or a wheat bagel or something padding, then drink profoundly water during the time. that way u would lose around 1 pound a day in need exercise. hope this helps.

If you're not feeling like to do the work, you deserve what you get. i enjoy thought about it too... but i cannot stop consumption that long... haha but i hope you lose the weight you want to lose...
