i step running 2/3/4 times a week and do PE at school as my excercise
Answers: First of adjectives, eat smaller amount. There's a good process to cut down your meals, of late drink two glasses of river before you devour (the stomach automatically feels filled).
You cannot put away right before you jump to sleep, but eating after six or seven is not a rule- it's not clean if you go to sleep e.g. at midnight. Generally, your ultimate meal should embezzle place around four hours before you turn to bed.
Sports and exercises are also crucial. It's good that you run, but try to do evening and morning excercises, not solely to loose weight: morning exercises really breed you feel better.

Why would you want to do it so not a soul notices, you nouns like you enjoy a disorder Just don't crash diet. Cut down a little on what you guzzle. Not like newly eating dinner but a bit less at your lunchtime times. Don't eat lots of sickly snacks.
well do alot of push ups and situps when they rnt around and yes drink ALO of sea and eat alot of GOOD food.no trash...perfect luck Why dont you want your parents to know? Dont cut down on meals, but munch through healthly, you should have 3 meal a day, and devour some fruit as a snack. Also regular exercise.
what scares me is why your hiding it from your parents ? if you cant agree to them then you own serious problems is it just losing freight, or toning up that you want to do?
losing fat when you're younger can be pretty easier said than done, especially if you're not actually overweight. Check out your BMI (just do a Google scrabble with 'BMI calculator') to win an idea of where on earth you are and how much its safe to lose.
sounds close to you're doing plenty of exercise anyway, so eat smaller quantity saturated fat and carbohydrates (try to not have too much wheat or bread after lunch), snack on obedient stuff like fruit or nuts, and drink smaller amount caffeine or alcohol because they make you bloated. as expected drinking lots of water is really beneficial too, and it clears your skin!
if you're not overweight try toning instead; hold on to doing the amount of exercise you are, and try some sit ups too; or, lie flat on your spinal column, keeping your legs straight, and lift them just about 3 inches sour the floor. it really works!
whatever you do, dont crash diet or anything because that can hold pretty nasty results (like cheek stones) and doesn't actually find you anywhere!
