Should I work out my arms if my chest is still sore from the light of day until that time?


Should I? Any drawbacks?

it wont hurt, but you should work your chest and tris on the same time because you use a great amount of effort from your triceps when you bench press. and mix your bis surrounded by on some other day yes you can still workout
My dad, who is a freight lifter, say that you need to hang on to excersing the chest even tho it hurts. This will release all the lactic sour in the muscle which cause it to ache. No, you overworked yourself and if u want to be a tomato though walk lift 300 's.
Dont work impossible to tell apart muscle everyday try to do it every other day.
