I cant stop ingestion?


ive been trying to not drink as much.
but the more i try, the more i find myself surrounded by food at friends houses and people asking me to run out and get somethig to get through.
how can i resist cravings


Answers:    put ur fingers into your throat and all the food will magically come out of your body.
focus on a different hobby your appetite might subside, also direct something healthy when you run out with them. guzzle something fulfilling but very markedly healthy .. that channel when you get to that point ,you are not as hungry or you will devour less =]

You can eat adjectives the time if you want.IF you eat perfect things. Take some raw carrot or something everywhere you go. Eat them if you are tempt by something bad for you. Well, when you walk out to eat, procure healthier things... You shouldn't stop drinking, you should just get through healthier things, if not you will start to binge on unhealthy foods! ^_^
guzzle more little meals during the sunshine. Theres also a supplement called "hoodia" that make u more full when u eat. OMG.I am have the same problem. I be doing so well previously the holidays and ever since then, I own just be eating and consumption and eating...The lone way to stop the cravings is to force yourself to stop ingestion. Once you stop eating desperate for a few days, the cravings will leave. Good luck and know that others are contained by the same positiion!

Tell yourself your energy depends on it, because it REALLY does. try not to thinkabout it. do domething else. like answer question on yahoo. or go for a run.

Don't be shy to reply 'No thank you, I'm on a diet.' or even a moment ago 'No thank you.' I know it's hard, this used to be my problem, but very soon my only problem is refuse food I offer myself. Something I tried that you could try (It didn't assist me as much but it could help you) is wearing a rubberband around your wrist and when you discern cravings, snap the rubberband as hard as you can to stop yourself. If someone asks you why you snap yourself, if you are close to me, say It's fun. lol. When you look at welt that may form from the snapping, you should feel guilty and try to face-off on your own. If that doesn't work, keep the leash on longer. This may not be all that respectable, but it is what kept me stuck at 150 lbs give or clutch 3 lbs at any given day at 5 foot 8 inches.

What I would have to devour in a light of day was usually:

During the week:
No breakfast (some days a pack of pop tarts)
1 burger/pizza slice near curly fries for lunch and 8 oz of chocolate milk for lunch
1 box of hot pockets with a 20 oz arizona iced tea for dinner.

Weekends:
Bowl of cereal contained by the morning hours for breakfast
maybe a bowl of popcorn or small bit of snack food for lunch
2 pack of romen noodles for dinner.

I call it the working large schooler diet. I didn't have too much spare brass in those days nor much to drink around the house. Again, I doubt its all that hearty but I was competent to pass a US Army PT assessment with flying colors next to that diet. I must add that I usually go through a 12 pack of store brand regular soda a week back afterwards. I'd splurge maybe twice surrounded by a month and pig out on a large pepperoni pizza. Still be always stuck at 150 lbs.
