% of body overweight and freight adjectives. [Bodybuilders and personal trainers abvice needed.]?

I am an avid weightlifter my goal weightiness is always 200 pounds. I've be on my bulking fase. I'd have gainied to 240 since different years. And currently weight 220. Still looking to budge back to 200. Does a 40 pound bulking fase nouns reasonable?or should a bulking fase be smaller number? And does a 20 pound cut in two months nouns reasonable? Any suggestion would be greatly appreacated.

Answers:    You shouldn't bulk in lingo to weight gain, you should bulk in lingo to your body fat.

if you gain 40 lbs and your body fat go only up possibly 3-4%, i'd say that be a pretty successfull bulk.

If you gained 40l lbs and your BF go up 10+ then thats no polite.
So it all depends on the entity, if you think you haven't put on that much corpulent, then save bulking, cut only when your not comfortable near the fat anymore

20 months within 2 months sounds like a bit too much, sounds close to you could lose some muscle trying to lose that fast.

Of course, the first week of your cut you'll probably lose 5 lbs due to hose down weight and crap.
A 20 pound cut within 2 months is a bit extreme for fat loss. In a "adjectives phase" your emphasis should be round loss, not necessary extent weight, unless you are involved surrounded by a weight restricted sport or competition.

In trying to lose too much "extent weight" in a short extent of time, you will often times finishing up losing hard earn muscle as well - which you do not want to do.

Take it a bit slower, after some intial "dampen weight" that you can shed - true body fat will come sour a bit slower. Have a trained professional measure your body composition once ever 6 weeks - maintain at it, in 12-16 weeks you can accomplish anything surrounded by the gym if you are doing it right both in the gym and out.
