i starve myself at lunch and then when i come home i guzzle everything
my bmi is normal but big next to overweight!

i tryed making myself vomit but it didnt work i got terrified
i dont wanna be bulimic
someone told me if i didnt just once it wont kind any difference i mean i wont become bulimic if i made myslef vomit once right?

yeh dont starve yourself, your jsut making yourself more and mroe hungry which after causes you to over devour later on. - also boredom can wreak to over eating - try to grasp a hobby or something? if your overweight now next a good hobby may be the gym or something to back you lose weight? you necessitate the will power though! good luck. how much do you weigh and how taall are you?
