Why does it look similar to I've lost mass?

Recently I've been told that it looks close to I've lost weight, but I haven't. I don't ponder I've gotten taller (I've stayed at a steady 5' 5'' and 144 lbs for the past 3-4 months). My friend told me that I've probably simply been getting toned, but I don't do toning exercises (that I know of anyway). I'm not dictum its a bad item, since I want to lose about 15 pounds anyway, but why is this? And why am I not losing substance either?

Answers:    Maybe you are little smaller number stress if you were stressed out. Being jovial can have well-mannered effects on the outside of the body. Or maybe you are doing things that build you look like you are losing consignment and don't know it. It could be the clothes you wear that makes you look smaller. As far as why you are not losing immensity, I don't know are you doing what you should do if you are trying to lose weight? Take a minute and feel about constant things that you do and see if it adds up as to why you are not losing counterbalance.
