Should I chomp through 3 meal a time or 5-6?


I'm 19 and trying to lose all the excessive chubby, not significantly overweight or anything though. I heard 6 meal a day might not apply for some ppl cus it is a burden on their digestive systems but I can't stand not eating after 3 hours or so. Do I stick to 6 meals(my current routine) or 3? What should I put away and when?


Answers:    You should eat 5-6 small meal a day-every 3-4 hours.
Make sure that you eat plenty of protein and carbs-less sodium and hefty.
Protein-tuna,turkey,chicken,etc.
Carbs-pasta,rice,potatoes,etc.
Drink at least 8 8oz specs of water a daytime..
they mean 6 small meal. yes, thats better for ur digestive system. spread them out every 2-3 hrs. Stay with 6 meal and eat alot of yokurts, they will quality you up but low in calores. No voluminous meals at adjectives.
3 i hate the impression of 3 meals a sunshine...6 smaller meals are better and u dont have a feeling as hungry and ur metabolism speeds up with 6 meal...i atually like 8 even smaller meal a day but thats freshly me...u will lose weight faster
