500 calories?


how much would you lose if you did this for a week/month? I don't need anyone preaching on here "don't do it, it's not in shape...blah blah blah" Just answer the question asked please. People be in motion on fasting, master cleanse, and detox diets...that's drinking NOTHING, I'm gradually trying to take home my stomach smaller and lose weight surrounded by the process. Sooooooooooo...500 calories a day for a week, how much will a personality lose? I'm currently 121 lbs and 5'5.


Answers:    You should at least chomp through 1,000 calories a day. Try intake more fruit and veggies. I am the same counterbalance and height as you and believe me I know what your truism. My ideal mass would be 112. If you eat food beside more protein you will feel full longer, cause you not wanting to eat more. Plus if you chomp through smaller/more meals a year it keeps your matabolism going. Try running/ walking for 30 mins a light of day also. Then gradually increase to an hour.
I'm not going to preach, but I'm merely going to mention that you're slim. You need some serious backing hun :/ you don't know alot about nutrition huh?

You won't be able to munch through enough protein at 500 calories so your body will start intake your own muscle to fulfill its needs.

But hey, you know adjectives that right?

Well, if you want the authentic truth. which you should listen, and not be ignorant when associates try to tell you FACTS... If you single eat 500 calories, your in actual fact going to destroy your metabolism, and your body is going to progress into "starvation mode".. which is when your body will start storing the foods your eat as fleshy cells... Yes, you will lose consignment if your barely ingestion, but the day you prefer to up your calories, or eat a cheese burger, adjectives the weight will come right pay for, and then some. The on form amount of calories you need to loose solidity is 1200. and that is to prevent your body from going into starvation mode... Do some reseach, and you will see for yourself. to lose a pound, you want to burn 3500 calories. so, if you are used to eating 2000 calories a light of day, then you can lose something like 3 pounds a week, assuming you are burning no calories from exercise. if you work out, however, you can easily lose 8 pounds or so a week. i support you for wanting to lose freight and not be a fat hog. if you are obese, it is ok to starve yourself,
You can do the math, however, it take 3,500 calories to equal a pound. If you depleted your system of about 500 calories a daylight (the equivalent to about a sandwich) it would pocket you about 8 days to loose a pound. Not a bleak amount! But you can easily exercise around 500 calories away with approximately 30-45 minutes of exercise on a tread mill or eliptical, etc. Good luck!
